Scott handled everything from start to finish and even when there were hang ups out of our control he tried his best to make it all work. I am a night shift nurse and have weird sleeping schedules and Scott would respond to my questions even at odd hours when I sent a message in a very timely manner. Scott did a wonderful job making this an easy process. He was in contact frequently with answers to questions or just checking in. His response to questions was timely and informative.
